Whether you’re single or coupled up,  let’s all celebrate love this Valentine’s Day.

You may dismiss Valentine’s Day as a commercialised affair but hey, any opportunity to let our hair down and have fun gets our vote. Check out these special deals around the island:

1. W Singapore – Sentosa Cove

Technically, this should be listed under Dine Out. W Singapore – Sentosa Cove is presenting a first-ever “dining under the stars” experience where eight lucky couples get to chillax in their own individual tents on the hotel lawn itself. Don’t worry, you won’t be expected to BBQ your own food. The hotel chefs will prepare a splendiferous spread of fresh seafood and top-quality meats, which you’ll enjoy with your hands (no cutlery needed). After dinner, cosy up to your sweetheart and enjoy the tantalising selection of cocktails from WOOBAR.

For as long as she can remember, Vanessa has always wanted to escape to a place where no one knows her. But because that’s not always possible, she often retreats into the world of books and pop culture. When she does get to travel, she prefers going off the beaten track and back to nature. Some of her best memories include napping in a treehouse in Laos and cycling across padi fields in Bali.
