It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of The Carvery, and what the restaurant is presenting from 28 September to 22 October 2016 is set to earn more brownie points from me. “The Great Meat Feast” is THE THING to check out if you love BEEF! Priced at $78++ (Sunday – Thursday) and $88++ (Friday & Saturday), diners will get the opportunity to tuck into a medley of prime cuts from famous beef like Aomori rice beef (Japan), Mayura full-blooded Wagyu (Australia), Cape Grim (Tasmania), and more! This also includes The Carvery’s popular Rotisserie Chicken, roasted leg of lamb, and its myriad of sides and desserts.

Hungry yet? We know we are!

She can’t sit still. Doesn’t sleep well either. But, Debs has found the one thing that’ll help her mind switch off – baking. There’s nothing she likes better than just focusing her energy on getting a cake or a pie to turn out right. With this newfound passion, she has made it a point to bring back interesting ingredients whenever she travels, so she can use them in her desserts. She names Tokachi of Hokkaido in Japan as one of her favourite places.
