The bar industry in Singapore is undoubtably growing more exciting every year, so what better way to end the year than to toast with some great cocktails and tipples they have to offer! Where should you head to for your next Happy Hour? We ask Vijay of Operation Dagger to give us his tips on bars you have to visit in Singapore.

Operation Dagger was the winner of The Bar Awards‘ Best New Bar 2015. Started by Luke Whearty and Aki Nishikura, this cosy underground cocktail bar focuses purely on the drinking experience, incorporating unique flavours like salted egg, bonito and sesame spirit into their cocktails.

“In the last two years we’ve seen the rise of cocktail bars all over the city so its refreshing to see this watering hole pop up with 23 beers on tap. Getting it’s name from the Chinese Druggist Association that it shares the space with beer geeks have an array of interesting beers that range from IPA’s to imperial stouts to pair with local delights such as the kopi pork ribs.”
