Offering a variety of bar favourites like pizzas, burgers and fish and chips, Molley Roffey’s is also the home of the Official Arsenal Singapore Supporters Club. Judging by the support the Arsenal team had in the recent Barclays Asia Trophy held in Singapore, expect the place to have a huge crowd on match days, especially during Arsenal games. This only means that there will be a crackling atmosphere inside as the fans cheer on their team and engage in friendly banter with supporters of rival teams. You may find it difficult to get seats or standing space so remember to head down early – it is definitely worth the effort!

Bonus: The Official Arsenal Singapore Supporters Club turns this place into a mini Emirates Stadium on match days so you can always look forward to an amazing atmosphere. Just don’t go turning up in their rivals’ Tottenham Hotspur jersey!

Liverpool fans in Singapore have turned the River Garden Coffee House at the Riverview Hotel into a mini Kop End during matches on weekends. The coffee house offers their regular international buffet as well as additional finger food and drinks especially on match days! With a large fan base in Singapore, you can expect a large crowd dressed in their Liverpool jerseys, holding Liverpool scarves above their heads and singing their rendition of the famous “You’ll Never Walk Alone” Liverpool anthem – truly a hair-raising experience prior to kick off.

Bonus: Great family-friendly atmosphere and perfect for the die-hard Liverpool fan as you’ll see the different generations of Liverpool fans coming together to support their team. Be sure to wear the right jersey when you go over to watch the game otherwise you’ll have to watch it topless.

*Live Screening has been shifted to the executive lounge of the hotel for the time being to accommodate soccer fans while Riverview Hotel undergoes a major renovation, and the restaurant is closed for the next few months.

7. Bistro Avenue at The Bedok Marketplace
348 Bedok Road (Simpang Bedok)

Bistro Avenue is located at the corner of the newly renovated The Bedok Marketplace. Selling only beer and wine, they hope to add Japanese cuisine to their menu in the near future. The place is perfect for a guy’s night out to enjoy soccer over a few towers of beer. This place attracts large crowds during the weekend, with many eating dinner at eateries around the area before going up to watch the live screening of matches on a large projector screen. It was a lively scene during the first round of matches last week, so we expect this will be an exciting place to tune into the season!

Bonus: Bistro Avenue is great for those who enjoy the early kick-off and the 10pm matches. The place closes at 12 midnight as it is located within the Simpang Bedok neighbourhood, hence liquor laws prevent them from selling alcohol after midnight.

Here’s to a great season ahead in the Barclays Premier League!
